Spin To Win Terms and Conditions

1. You must be 18 years or over and a Bally’s Rewards member (“Member”) to participate in this promotion.

2. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.

3. This promotion is available at Bally’s Casino Newcastle only (the “Casino”). Any accrued vouchers (cash, freeplay, or others) granted under this promotion are redeemable at the Casino only.

4. By opting to participate, you agree for the duration of this promotion to comply with these promotional terms and conditions, which are subject to and incorporate the Bally Rewards Terms and Conditions (found at https://www.ballysnewcastle.co.uk/terms#promo-tcs) and to comply with the Casino Rules (found at https://www.ballysnewcastle.co.uk/terms#casino-rules).

5. To participate in this promotion, Members must:

a. collect free entry tickets (each and “Entry Ticket”, together “Entry Tickets”) from the cash desk at the Casino, with the limit of maximum of one Entry Ticket per Member per day, between 08:00am on 15 March 2026 and 10pm on 20 March 2026 (the “Promotional Period”); and

b. exchange the Entry Ticket for one spin of the promotional wheel (the “Wheel”) and physically spin the Wheel max. once a day between 12pm and 10pm during the Promotional Period to reveal whether their spin is a winning one and they have won a prize (each a “Prize”, together “Prizes”) or a non-winning one.

6. The Prizes available to be won, in the form of redeemable vouchers (each a “Voucher”, together “Vouchers”), with their corresponding chances of winning, as per the layout of the Wheel, are:

a. £20 Free Play (odds of 50 to 1) with the winning Member being awarded £20 to spend on a bet or wager at the Casino;

b. £10 Cash Match (odds of 20 to 1) with the winning Member being awarded £10 to spend on a bet or wager at the Casino as long as they place an initial bet or wager of the same value;

c. Free Main Meal (odds of 10 to 1) with the winning Member receiving their chose of the menu’s main meal on the corresponding time during food serving times at the Casino up to the value of £15;

d. £5 Cash Match (odds of 5 to 1) with the winning Member being awarded £5 to spend on a bet or wager at the Casino as long as they place an initial bet or wager of the same value; and

e. Free Drink (odds of 3 to 1) with the winning Member receiving a choice of house beer, wine or soft drink.

7. For a Member to win a Prize, their spin must result in the Wheel’s needle pointing to one of the following colours assigned to specific Prizes as follows:

a. Black &white = £20 Free Play;

b. Magenta = £10 Cash Match;

c. Dark orange = Free Main Meal;

d. Dark blue = £5 Cash Match; and

e. Light blue = Free Drink.

8. If a Member’s spin is a non-winning one, with the Wheel’s needle spin pointing at the colour orange, that Member will not win a Prize.

9. Vouchers are valid up to 24hours after the end of the Promotional Period only and must be redeemed by the Member with a winning spin at the Casino’s cash desk or with any of the Casino’s food and drink hosts, as applicable.

10. Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

11. Prizes cannot be redeemed as cash or transferred to another individual.

12. Management’s decision is final.

13. The Casino accepts no responsibility for any: damage, loss, injury or disappointment of any kind endured by any entrant entering the promotion.

14. By participating, members agree to take part in publicity.

15. The Casino reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time, and the promotion may be revoked for any individual member at Bally’s Management discretion.

16. Any Casino guest or Member who is barred, suspended or excluded from the Casino, or any Member who is self-excluded, during the Promotional Period will not be eligible to participate in this promotion.

17. “Promoter” means Bally’s (Newcastle) Limited, Colegrave House, 70 Berners Street, London, W1T 3NL, United Kingdom.

18. We may withdraw or amend this promotion at any time and without notice. If we do so, any promotions for which you have entered in will still be valid in accordance with the terms and conditions that applied at the time, or we will take such other measures as may reasonably be required to ensure that you are not otherwise disadvantaged.

19. Where we have a regulatory obligation to do so (including where we have concerns regarding the level of your gambling), we may, in compliance with all relevant regulations, exclude you from this promotion.
