To redeem FREEPLAY XTRA at a slot machine or electronic gaming terminal, simply enter a six-digit pin number (day, month, year of birthday in 01 01 01 format) via the member display screen and choose the amount to redeem.

Balances are redeemable starting from amounts of £1.

How to redeem FREEPLAY CHIPS

To redeem FREEPLAY CHIPS, visit the Cash Desk and hand over your membership card. There is a £5 minimum and played as a single, non-negotiable, bet.

How to redeem food and beverage

Will my old points transfer to my new B Card?

You bet it. All your existing points will be transferred on to your new card so you can pick up right where you left off!

Earning and Expiry of Points

You’ll continue earning points on Slot machines, electronic gaming tables, cash poker, and live gaming. Redeem your points for FREEPLAY XTRA on a Slot machine or electronic gaming terminal, FREEPLAY CHIPS to use on live gaming tables, or put them toward food and drinks.

And your points are now valid for 12 months from when you earn them — plenty of time to enjoy your rewards!
