Trip To Vegas Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. You must be 18 years or over and a Bally’s Rewards member (“Member”) to participate in this promotion.

2. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.

3. This promotion is available at Bally’s Casino Newcastle only (the “Casino”). Any accrued vouchers (cash, freeplay, or others) granted under this promotion are redeemable at the Casino only.

4. By opting to participate, you agree for the duration of this promotion to comply with these promotional terms and conditions, which are subject to and incorporate the Bally Rewards Terms and Conditions (found at https://www.ballysnewcastle.co.uk/terms#promo-tcs) and to comply with the Casino Rules (found at https://www.ballysnewcastle.co.uk/terms#casino-rules).

5. To participate in this promotion, Members must:

a. collect free entry tickets (each and “Entry Ticket”, together “Entry Tickets”) for the prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) from the cash desk at the Casino, with daily limits in accordance with their Membership status described in paragraph 6 below, between Monday 9 March 2026 at 12:00 and Saturday 14 March 2026 at 23:45 (the “Promotional Period”);

b. insert their Entry Ticket(s) into the Prize Draw drum located in the Casino before 23:55 on Monday 9 March, with the Prize Draw happening 5 minutes later at 00:00 (“Prize Draw Date”); and

c. be present at the Casino on the Prize Draw Date.

6. There are daily limits on the number of Entry Tickets each Member can collect per day:

a. Gold-tier Members can collect up to 3 Entry Tickets per person per day;

b. Silver-tier Members can collect up to 2 Entry Tickets per person per day; and

c. Red-tier Members can collect only 1 Entry Ticket per person per day.

7. 10 winning Entry Tickets (each a “Winning Entry”, together “Winning Entries”) will be drawn at random from all the Entry Tickets submitted to the Prize Draw drum on the Prize Draw Date in accordance with paragraph 5 above.

8. In order to receive a prize (each a ”Prize”, together “Prizes”), if their Entry Ticket is drawn as a Winning Entry, the Member will have 45 seconds to claim their Prize from the time an announcement (the “Claiming Window”) is made at the Casino in accordance with the below:

a. The first 9 winners who claim the Prize within the Claiming Window Choosing one out of nine envelopes they will be presented with will be presented with nine (9) closed envelopes, each containing different amounts of cash and free bets, totalling £1,300. These Cash Prizes are distributed as follows:

5 x £100 free bet; and

4 x £200 cash.

Each winner will have the option to select one (1) envelope from the nine options. The envelope selection will be done in the order in which the winners’ names were drawn. Any envelope selected by a previous winner will no longer be available for the following winners.

b. The tenth winner who claims the Prize within the Claiming Window will win a trip to Las Vegas for two people worth up to £5000 (the “Vegas Trip Prize”).

9. The Winning Entries containing a cash amount voucher must be redeemed at the Casino cash desk for cash.

10. The Vegas Trip Prize is available for 1 (one) winning Member and their 1 (one) guest over 18 years of age (the "Guest"). 1 (one) winning Member and their 1 (one) Guest shall together be referred to as the "Winning Party". At least one person in the Winning Party must be at least 21 years old at the time of

11. The Vegas Trip Prize includes a voucher (the “Voucher”) for a 4-night long holiday in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States with the following elements included:

a. Return flights from major international UK airports including Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow and London.

b. One item of checked luggage per each person in the Winning Party.

c. Return private airport transfers in Las Vegas for the Winning Party.

d. 4 nights’ luxury hotel accommodation on Las Vegas Strip, based on the Winning Party sharing a double or twin room, which will be provided on a minimum four-star basis, such as W Las Vegas, Ceasars Palace or Park MGM.

e. Daily breakfast for the Winning Party.

f. ATOL protection.

12. The Winner must book their Vegas Trip Prize by giving at least six weeks’ notice.

13. The Voucher is valid for a 12-month redemption period, which will begin on the day the winning Member is notified that they have won. The winning member and their Guest, if they choose to be accompanied by one must travel within this one-year period. The travel dates must fall outside of UK school holidays, and outside of the following dates: 21 – 2 January 2027, Easter Sunday 2026 and 2027, the dates of the Las Vegas Grand Prix, 19 – 22 November 2026. Any selected dates are subject to availability. The winning Member will be obliged to provide their and their Guest's full names, dates of birth and passport details at the time of booking. The details of how to book the holiday will be provided by the Vegas Trip Prize’s provider (the “Provider”) – in order to redeem the Voucher, the winning Member must email [email protected] or call 07587 887 800.

14. Unless otherwise stated: (i) all spending money and other expenses are costs for the Winning Party to bear and are not provided as part of the Vegas Trip Prize; (ii) the Vegas Trip Prize does not include government taxes if applicable (in which case these must be paid by the Winning Party); and (iii) insurance is not provided as part of the Vegas Trip Prize. It will be the Winning Party's responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.

15. If parts of the Vegas Trip Prize are provided by a third-party supplier, they will be clearly identified. When redeeming any voucher(s), bookings will be subject to that third party's terms and conditions, may be subject to availability and restrictions may apply (including but not limited to the days and times that vouchers can be redeemed).

16. The Winning Party must comply with all applicable border control measures and regulations and controls (including any relevant visa and/or indefinite leave to remain requirements), and the terms and limitations of the Vegas Trip Prize provider, transport providers and hotel and any other venues involved in the Vegas Trip Prize, including any insurance policy relating to the Vegas Trip Prize at any link, as supplied by the Vegas Trip Prize provider or any other provider involved in the Vegas Trip Prize. In particular, they must comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Compliance with all applicable requirements listed in this paragraph will be the sole responsibility of the Winning Party and we will not be held accountable for any failures to comply. The Casino or the Provider will not be issuing refunds in the event of non-compliance.

17. The Vegas Trip Prize is also subject to any restrictions and terms and conditions imposed by the provider of each element of the Vegas Trip Prize, if applicable, and event organisers, as applicable.

18. If any Vegas Trip Prize (or part thereof) is or becomes unavailable we may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are also subject to change.

19. If the Winning Party is no longer able to attend the Vegas Trip Prize of their choice, we may, at our sole discretion, be able to offer alternative dates but we are unable to guarantee any replacement availability. We will not be issuing any refunds for any missed Vegas Trip Prize.

20. Unless we agree otherwise, no alternative prize to the Vegas Trip Prize will be given and the Vegas Trip Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Once flights are booked as part of the Vegas Trip Prize, no name changes are permitted by the airline. If Winning Party’s names change after flights are booked, new flights will have to be booked at the winning Member or their Guest’s own expense, as applicable.

21. All queries or issues with respect to the Vegas Trip Prize should be directed to the Provider or the Casino, who may refer the winning Member to specific third-party provider(s) if other than the Provider.

22. The Entry Tickets will be retained by the Casino once entered into the Prize Draw.

23. Events may occur that render the free prize draw itself impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Casino.

24. None of the Prizes can be transferred to another individual other than the winning Member.

25. Management’s decision is final.

26. The Casino accepts no responsibility for any: damage, loss, injury or disappointment of any kind endured by any entrant entering the promotion.

27. By participating, members agree to take part in publicity.

28. The Casino reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time, and the promotion may be revoked for any individual member at the Casino’s Management discretion.

29. Any Casino guest or Member who is barred, suspended or excluded from the Casino, or any Member who is self-excluded, during the Promotional Period will not be eligible to participate in this promotion.

31. We may withdraw or amend this promotion at any time and without notice. If we do so, any promotions for which you have entered in will still be valid in accordance with the terms and conditions that applied at the time, or we will take such other measures as may reasonably be required to ensure that you are not otherwise disadvantaged.

32. Where we have a regulatory obligation to do so (including where we have concerns regarding the level of your gambling), we may, in compliance with all relevant regulations, exclude you from this promotion.
