Members Parking Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is offered to you by Bally’s (Newcastle) Limited, Colegrave House, 70 Berners Street, London, W1T 3NL, United Kingdom (the “Promoter”).

2. This promotion is available to Bally Rewards members (each a “Member”, together “Members”) only, being 18 years or over.

3. To qualify for the promotion, a Bally Rewards member must have a recorded stake and/or wager of at least £10 on any of the Slots, Electronic Roulette and/or Table Gaming available at at Bally’s Casino Newcastle (the “Required Spend”).

4. Free car parking will be available at Bally’s Casino Newcastle, at The Gate Car Park.

5. The promotional can be extended or reduced at management discretion.

6. Only one parking voucher can be issued per person per day.

7. Voucher must be used on the day of issue.

8. Guests can redeem their car parking ticket at the Cash Desk at Bally’s Casino Newcastle.

9. This promotion is only valid on presentation of a qualifying car parking ticket and must be in a condition that allows the conditions of this promotion to be confirmed.

10. Car parking tickets will not be redeemed as cash.

11. It is the Member’s responsibility to confirm the time they arrive at and the time they will leave the Car Park. The details on how to do this can be obtained directly from the Car Park: through the Car Park’s website. Non-compliance with this clause could result in a fine. Any queries regarding fines must be raised with the Car Park’s management company directly via their publicly available email and/or any other contact details.

12. Parking Redemptions will not be redeemed as cash.

13. We may withdraw or amend this promotion at any time and without notice. If we do so, any promotions for which you have entered will still be valid in accordance with the terms and conditions that applied at the time, or we will take such other measures as may reasonably be required to ensure that you are not otherwise disadvantaged.

14. If you fail to comply with the promotional terms and conditions, the Bally Rewards Terms and Conditions or the Casino Rules, we may terminate your participation in this promotion.

15. Any Member who is barred, suspended or excluded from Bally’s Casino Newcastle, or any Member who is self-excluded, while this Parking Redemption promotion is active will not be eligible to participate in this promotion.

16. Where we have a regulatory obligation to do so (including where we have concerns regarding the level of your gambling), we may, in compliance with all relevant regulations, exclude you from this promotion.
