Grab a Grand Prize Draws Terms and Conditions

1. You must be 18 years or over and a Bally’s Rewards member (“Member”) to participate in this promotion.

2. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.

3. This promotion is available at Bally’s Casino Newcastle only (the “Casino”). Any accrued vouchers (cash, freeplay, or others) granted under this promotion are redeemable at the Casino only.

4. By opting to participate, you agree for the duration of this promotion to comply with these promotional terms and conditions, which are subject to and incorporate the Bally Rewards Terms and Conditions (found at https://www.ballysnewcastle.co.uk/terms#promo-tcs) and to comply with the Casino Rules (found at https://www.ballysnewcastle.co.uk/terms#casino-rules).

5. To participate in this promotion, Members must:

a. assess their suitability for taking part in the physical element of the promotion as described in paragraph 8 below;

b. collect free entry tickets (each and “Entry Ticket”, together “Entry Tickets”) for the prize draws (each a “Prize Draw”, together “Prize Draws”) from the cash desk at the Casino, with maximum one Entry Ticket per Member per day, between Sunday, 22 March 2026 from 00:00 and Saturday 28 March 2026 until 22:45 (the “Promotional Period”);

c. insert their Entry Ticket into the Prize Draw drum (the “Drum”) located in the Casino 5 minutes before the Prize Draw start times (each a “Prize Draw Start”) scheduled for 19:00, 20:00, 21:00, 22:00 and 23:00 on Saturday, 28 March 2026, with max one Entry Ticket per each Prize Draw per Member; and

d. be present at the Casino on the Prize Draw Date.

6. One winning Entry Ticket will be drawn at random per hour for each of the five (5) Prize Draws from all Entry Tickets submitted to the Drum in accordance with paragraph 5b. above.

7. In order to play for their prize (each a “Prize”, together “Prizes”), each Member with a winning Entry Ticket (each a “Winner”, together “Winners”) will have 45 seconds to claim their Prize from the time an announcement (the “Claiming Window”) is made at the Casino.

8. The Prize per each Prize Draw is the ability to enter the Grab a Grand tube (the “Tube”) at the Casino and be afforded an opportunity to collect paper tokens with designated cash values (each a “Token”, together “Tokens”) as fast as possible for the duration of a one-minute interval (the “Interval”) where the Tokens will be mechanically propelled to float around the Tube. The total value of the Tokens possible for each Member to collect during each Interval is £1,000.

9. The Winners must redeem the Tokens at the Casino cash desk for cash corresponding to the Tokens’ value.

10. The Entry Tickets will be retained by the Casino once entered into the Drum.

11. Events may occur that render the free prize draw itself impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Casino.

12. None of the Prizes can be transferred to another individual other than the winning Member.

13. Casino’s Management’s decision is final.

14. Entry into and participation in this promotion is voluntary and at the Member’s sole decision and risk. Members are reminded that participating in certain activities may involve inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury or damage to property. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Casino accepts no responsibility or liability for:

a. any personal injury suffered by a Member or any third party arising out of or in connection with entering this promotion or accepting/using any Prize;

b. any damage to, or loss/theft of, personal property brought to the Casino; or

c. any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including disappointment or inconvenience.

15. By participating, Members agree to take part in publicity.

16. The Casino reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time, and the promotion may be revoked for any individual Member at the Casino’s Management discretion.

17. Any Member who is barred, suspended or excluded from the Casino , or any Member who is self-excluded, during the Promotional Period will not be eligible to participate in this promotion.

18. “Promoter” means Bally’s (Newcastle) Limited, Colegrave House, 70 Berners Street, London, W1T 3NL, United Kingdom.

19. We may withdraw or amend this promotion at any time and without notice. If we do so, any promotions for which you have entered in will still be valid in accordance with the terms and conditions that applied at the time, or we will take such other measures as may reasonably be required to ensure that you are not otherwise disadvantaged.

20. Where we have a regulatory obligation to do so (including where we have concerns regarding the level of your gambling), we may, in compliance with all relevant regulations, exclude you from this promotion.
